Oh man, there is no way I could brain all of this IC, since half of it I'm sure Cavil would never admit. /o\

His general opinion on the Major is that he's smart, ambitious, and wonderful at causing calculated mass destruction, and this is good. It almost, but doesn't quite make up for the fact that he's human. Although in the first few months, Cavil was perfectly content to take orders from him, it's gotten to the point where he's feeling secure in his own standing. That Doral showed up hasn't helped matters. He wants control. He wants people taking orders from him. Because the Major had once had power over him, disappeared, and is now returning, he's feeling a little threatened. Happy the Major's throwing people for a loop, granted, and that he has an ally, but threatened all the same.

I wonder what Cavil would think if he learned that the Major has mechanical insides, but very emphatically considers himself human?
