Cavil is interesting. Loki can't help but compare him to Dr. Doom, because that's how Norman introduced Cavil, as a Doom replacement. Loki is not convinced Cavil is Dr. Doom. But that doesn't mean Cavil doesn't have other strengths and/or uses.

A similar complete disregard for human life is always heartening!
