A recent episode of What Not to Wear made me cry; it was this woman who always wore bulky clothes to hide her shape and who spoke very negatively about everything the designers gave her. They showed a bit of her in her hotel room crying and coming to the realization that there was nothing wrong with who she was and how her body looked and I JUST STARTED TO TEAR UP I love how that show instills self-esteem in people.
