This makes me feel just as bad as when I suggested that some friends and I dress up as Jem and the Holograms for Halloween and they just stared at me, not a clue as to what I was talking about.

GOD I felt so OLD. THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU MEANDER THROUGH HIGHER EDUCATION.

But... yeah, they didn't have a clue. I can still sing the theme song to Jem, and I *had* some of the Barbie and the Rockers gear. I didn't like the Jem dolls because I didn't think they looked like Jem on the tv show.
