I thought that as not a huge amount of people play WoW, I would put in some clips here about Arthas/The Lich King so you know what kind of nasty made it's way to the city. Blizzard, the company that makes WoW, loves their Lich King so there's some nice clips.

As I said in the ooc, he was a good guy who in the end went down the evil path. When he started getting vorrupted, Arthas made the change from paladin to death knight. A Death knight is basically a mirror of a paladin, so I guess it wasn't too hard for him.



The first "recorded" major evil deed arthas did as a death knight was kill his own father. King Terenas was a gentle old dude, and Arthas came home to Lordaeron and basically smited the guy.

It's probably one of my favourite clips due to music, and the fact you can hear Frostmourne whispering :D Also if I'm remembering correctly, the petals are from flowers that were named "Arthas' Tears" later on.

The next clip is Arthas becoming the Lich King. Basically he races against other armies to get to the top of an ice spire. There is the spirit ner'zhul trapped in a block of ice. Freeing the spirit, the two merge to become the Lich King.

And then to be honest, nothing more is heard about the lich king for five years gametime. Which sucks because he's actually having Icecrown Citadel built around that spire and the throzen throne e.e

Five years later he has his armies :D

The Horde and Alliance come together to try and gank the Lich King in what is known as Wrathgate. You can see mama dragon stepping in to help there :D

And is current time, patch 3.3 ! So no one knows what comes next!
