I just like their personalities, I guess? I grew up with most of them, and I like how their minds work and how their voices sound when I write them. I also want to explore the CR they can build with such a dynamic cast of players around them.

Lucifer could've started the apocalypse, but he didn't. Namor could've flooded the city every time he was angry, and he didn't, etc, etc.

Maybe I will try to pick up a voice for a "Weak" character, though. Now that you bring that up and everything.

Well, withholding gestures of power doesn't make a character less powerful. They have those abilities to begin with, after all, and all RP actions are to an extent governed by our own judgment.
