what I'm thinking by the outline is that someone traced the cat with the Pen tool and then changed the hue to green but ^^; that's more of a detailed answer xD;

idk I am not a photoshopper. All I know is I wouldn't put it past somebody to try and dye a cat.

I also remember reading something in a magazine AGES about about a cat that was greenish, for some reason, but it was a kids magazine so IDK IF THIS ACTUALLY EXISTS IN THE REAL WORLD.
