Dahlia's ex, Terry, was put on trial before I met her for murdering Dahlia's step-sister. Mia was the defense attorney at the time and she tried to pin it on her, but Terry...killed himself during the trial to protect her. By eating a glass bottle filled with poison.

A few months later, she poisoned someone else in the courthouse using a similar bottle. In order to protect herself from being searched and caught, she...introduced herself to me in the library. She's the best actress I've ever met. I honestly thought she liked me. She gave me the necklace.

Then she had-

We dated for six months before she finally got tired of it and tried to kill me. Or she would have if she hadn't killed another ex of hers the same day. I was arrested for the murder and Mia, she managed to prove that Dahlia has done it and prove that she had poisoned someone else as well to get to me.

I didn't want to believe and I...did the same thing that Fawles did. I tried to destroy the evidence, but the poison was long gone, and I lucked out. Surgery saved my life and Dahlia was arrested and charged. She was...executed about four months ago.

She's paid for her crimes now. Being angry about it now is useless. She can't hurt anyone anymore.
