INDECISION 2010
Aid in my crippling indecision! Tremble before my ability to be exceedingly loquacious![Poll #1563442]
1. Vivi Orunitia from Final Fantasy IX. He is, without a doubt, the biggest woobie in fiction. Nine years old, adorable little guy who discovers that he was artificially created to kill people and as a result has some serious identity issues. Even people who hate the game will admit that this character is awesome.
Pros: I want a character with a sweet and endearing personality, and Vivi fits the bill perfectly. I think I have his voice down, as well.
Cons: I've only played the game once, and he's just a little kid. CR may be difficult.
2. Little Boy Blue from Fables. A near-immortal character from a series wherein all fairytale and folklore characters are real and have sought refuge in our reality from the Adversary. Boy Blue is a badass warrior, but really he just wants to be a boring office clerk, play his trumpet and buy candy and comic books with his friends.
Pros: One of my favourite comic book characters ever, I'd love to play him. All That Jazz could get a new musician!
Cons: Yet another guy character, and I haven't played him before. Other than that, there really is no downside to his awesomeness.
3. Bigby Wolf from Fables. Think of a fairytale wherein there's a wolf, and he's the character from that tale, complete with huffing and puffing and pretending to be your grandma (we don't talk about that last part). Have this guy on your team, and you win whatever war you're fighting. Once a villain, he's now one of the biggest Fable heroes.
Pros: An awesome character that would work well on the police force, he's freaking badass and is one of those characters that I dream of playing.
Cons: I'd be tearing the poor guy away from his wife and seven cubs. Also, he'd be a lot of work that I'm not quite sure I can shoulder right now.
4. Eiko Carol. Also from Final Fantasy IX, she's a six-year-old girl with a big personality that likes to boss people around. Really, though, she just doesn't want to be alone. She's also a powerful healer.
Pros: I think I'd be able to play her well, and I love characters with healing abilities. The idea of such a young healer in a place like the City is intriguing to me.
Cons: She's six years old. Hello CR-issues, and I know lots of people wouldn't appreciate such a young child poking her horn into everyone's business, which she would inevitably do.
5. Noa from Sky Doll. She's a walking, talking sex doll, basically, and despite the fact that Sky Dolls aren't supposed to have their memories long enough to develop a personality, she does. Oooh, mystery! She'd also rather wash cars than be a whore, so no worries about that.
Pros: She'd be a very fun and curious character to play.
Cons: Practically nobody knows her. Her canon also isn't finished, and probably won't be for a while, which leaves a whole bunch of unanswered questions about Who She Really Is. Only upside to that is that she doesn't know, either, so I could continue to play her in ignorance since her castmates most likely wouldn't be around to stir up any sudden memories or powers.
6. Hero Brown from Y The Last Man. Sister of Yorick Brown, the last man on earth after every guy in the world dropped dead. She has one breast - thanks to cutting it off after joining a group of psycho chicks who fancy themselves Amazons - and some serious issues.
Pros: I have lots of plans for her reaction to the City and how she behaves in it and a few plots up my sleeve that would be fun to play out. Also, maybe it would get us more of a Y The Last Man cast?
Cons: Lots of canon review to do. Another one I haven't played before and I'm not sure how well I'd handle her.
Can you tell I'm using this thing to procrastinate? Geez.

Buuuut if you brought her in there's absolutely no way I wouldn't bring in a Y character, myself, since I probably reread that canon monthly.

(seriously as much as I want to play him having someone else do so would be a win/win because that narrows down my options and CNC would get a Blue and might I add that that's a fantastic account layout you have? I'm so delighted by it that I am using run-on sentences, seriously.)
