Phoenix is a 1, if I have to stick him somewhere, but he's still going to call himself a 0, because that's how he rolls. His sexual/romantic encounters in game (and in my headcanon) are mostly women with one single guy mixed in there who was a special case and seven years ago before the whole disbarred thing and it's all been one night stands and flings since then because they all let him get away with it. Russian strippers and alien milfs beware.

As a lawyer, Phoenix was quite the romantic and very dedicated to the people he dated. Being fucked over so many times by the people he loved, Dahlia, Iris, etc. sort of made him a lot more careful and he doesn't get attached. Not significantly anyway. Of course, he's still a damn nice guy and will let a one night stand stay the night and make her breakfast in the morning. Somehow, he's friends with most, if not all, of them.
