This not meme is about accounts for characters that you have who are not in C&C for whatever reason. You are invited to post with random accounts that you have (feel free to explain who the character is or don't, it's up to you!) and state why they are not in the game. Everyone else oohs and ahs over the accounts and attempts at enabling are made. All manner of accounts from legit to trolly are welcome!
