I am so... so tired of the people I care about leaving. What does it accomplish? Everything that we were told about being heroes when we came here, when we were taken here--does this not go against the Porter's rules? Is this just part of her game with us, to make us believe this place is somewhere we can build a life and then take our teammates and friends away? It was terrible when Jay and Santo--when they--[uh ;A;]--but this is no better. The Institute now... when school hours are over, it is so quiet. I cannot stand it.

And I hate that I am still here, and there is nothing I can do to stop what is happening. They will remember nothing, but the people who are left... we carry it all with us. I wish I had gone with them.

I never had a chance to say goodbye.
