Joker's face comes off, and Batman has to wear it to solve the crime. Meanwhile, Dollmaker places Batman's face onto Joker, who smokes cigarettes in the Batcave, tells Robin not to tell Alfred, and tries to sex up the Boy Wonder while John Travolta declares that "Papa's got a brand new bag!"

Meanwhile, Nicolas Cage wakes up, realizes which movie he's in again, and quickly cries himself back to sleep.

Oh, and did you see on the subscription pages for DCnu that Catwoman is like, one of four with a T+ rating? And the others are ST, Animal Man, and Red Lanterns? Suicide Squad doesn't have it and none of the other Batfamily titles have it and Justice League Dark doesn't even have it, for all they were toting the ~hardcore~ness of it.

Animal Man and Swamp Thing were both pretty horrory. And I'm okay with Catwoman being a little more hardcore. The Black Mask torture in the Brubaker run is still one of the most horrifying things I've ever read in comics.

I agree, I'm just wondering what will make it qualified for T+ when Joker ripping off his face apparently isn't...

Wow, I hadn't noticed that. Even Batwing is rated T...

Maybe this is a thing where nudity = R, senseless violence = PG-13

It's also interesting how Marvel and DC's rating systems don't match up.

Considering the MPAA is odd and biased, as well, who knows?

I'd be interested in reading about it, though, if there's somewhere online I can dig it up.
