MORE QUESTIONS

It is I, Alex the Ever-Inquisitive, and I come in search of yet more teal deer. So, here, take some more questions.

1. What are your character's greatest strengths and weaknesses?

2. What does your character think are their greatest strengths and weaknesses?

As always there is no set format, just answer how you want to!!

Oooh, I like this one.

KARA's greatest strength - aside from the obvious physical strength - is probably her desire to be a good hero. It means that she's determined and she doesn't take no for an answer, even if there are times when she has her doubts. She'll work hard and do whatever she can to save lives because it's the right thing to do. Even if that means eventually sacrificing her life, she'd do it, if it would save someone else. Her greatest weakness is her wanting to be a people pleaser. She wants to make people happy and wants people to be proud of her. Couple that with her desire to be a hero and she ends up screwing up. A lot.

She thinks her greatest strength is all in the physical. She's a powerhouse, just point her and she'll hit. Which is kind of a shame, because she's really damn smart. She probably thinks her greatest weakness is something more... abstract. Everyone she gets close to either dies or leaves her alone for extended periods of time and she sees that more as a personal failing than someone out there hating her.

JIM's greatest strength is his sheer determination. There is no such thing as a no-win scenario goddammit. He will push through some godawful things just because he's so bullheaded about it. His greatest weakness is probably his need for attention. There's so many things where it's like he's just projecting, "Look at me! Look at me!" and the stupid stunts could very well get him killed someday.

He thinks his greatest strength is his charisma or maybe his natural leadership skills. He's... probably very aware of what his greatest weakness is, he just doesn't give a fuck about it sometimes.

GWEN's greatest strength is probably her moral compass. She knows what she thinks and what she believes and nothing is going to change that. And she will damn well tell you when you are wrong. She's got a strong idea of what justice is and what the difference between right and wrong is and will spit and claw if there's something bad going on. Her greatest weakness is most definitely her trust issues. She's very, very, very careful to keep everyone at arms length and even the people she trusts the most are never allowed to see her break down. It's really, really not healthy at all.

Somewhat ironically enough, Gwen thinks that her ability to keep everything in and make it seem like she's just some surly teenager is her greatest strength. I don't know how to put into words what she thinks her greatest weakness would be, but it's probably something like thinking she's not good enough and that if people really knew her, they wouldn't want her? She thinks there's something wrong with her and that plays into the trust issues a lot.

CAROL's greatest strength is her endurance. She's been through so much shit in her life and, though she's had some hiccups along the way, she's pushed through it all and dealt with it and come out the other end stronger. She's like the little train that could, so long as she keeps thinking, "I think I can, I think I can," she'll find a way to make herself do whatever it is she needs to. Her greatest weakness is her inability to ask for help. It doesn't matter how much she trusts someone, if there's something wrong, or she has a personal problem she just... can't ask for help unless she's about to snap in two. Even it gets shoved in her face, there's a knee-jerk reaction of, "I'm fine. I can handle this myself," and it gets her into trouble.

Carol thinks her greatest strength is her greatest strength. Oddly enough, that's why her greatest weakness is what it is. She knows she can push through things, so she thinks she can deal by herself. When it comes to greatest weakness... It's probably addictive behavior. Her alcoholism is the thing she's the most ashamed of and even though she's been clean for a long while, she's terrified of backsliding someday and falling back into it. And she's somewhat mortified it even got that bad in the first place, when she'd seen what alcohol did to her father after her brother's death.
