oh i would've figured pietro and wanda to be closer to hank's age
but yeah he was a teenager when the avengers first formed, though a bit older among the original five, and i've always figured him for around 20-21 when he joined them himself

but then in 1980 when jean died somewhere in that same era, her tombstone put her at 24, but that would put all of hank's years as an avenger, defender, member of x-factor, and the yellow/blue team split (around the time he mentioned turning 30, in 1991!) all happening in five or six years, so uh
i just skew younger to make everything fit

but then '91-'05 was like supposedly one year because messiah complex to second coming was a year, and utopia was founded a year before uncanny x-men v2 #1? and jubilee's only seventeen? and bobby's the same age as spider-man?
so i just flip timescales because they're annoying and just find an age that fits everyone else's and make everything fit from there
(i guess i also like the idea of him being a little younger because he really did seem like the uncomfortable newbie during his years on the avengers)

mmm yeah :|a i guess clint could conceivably be a little older than the two of them, but still closer in age to them than to cap/other older avengers. i guess relatively speaking is what's important.

and yeah timescales can just go jump i think what's important is figuring out where your character stands in relation to others and then fudging it until it works
