My son was kidnapped once, and I killed the men who did it.

The first man I tortured to death for information. The second I crippled and left for my lions to devour alive. The third I bit the eyes out of in a fight and quickly dispatched. The ringleader I tossed out a window.

But not before lying to my ex and telling her our son was dead. He had really been adopted by a good family, which was part of the ringleader's plan all along.

I never looked for him. Then at least he wouldn't have to become like his parents.
