I’m sure. No doubt you-- [And Hooded Justice grabbed him upwards, and over. Eddie groaned, as he hit the wood of his desk, his body displayed over it. His legs, jerked apart, quivered against the hulking power that Justice radiated.

The vigilante's presence was felt.]

[ The hooded head dipped slightly, as if he were making note of the obvious here. Maybe not the bill itself, but perhaps something was to be passed, if HJ had his own way. There was almost the sense that he was smiling, beneath his hood.

Something grim, yes, but still, the trace of amusement shuddered with the power he used to hold the deputy mayor down. ]

[ The way he moved was enough to, well, HJ wasn't necessarily the picture of restraint. He attempted to still him with a hand spanning his leg, digging in with violent force, even while the other one moved to his chest, to push-- hold -- him down with terrible force. ]
