The following current Marvel characters/groups have actually canonly interacted with 'Godzilla' before:
Black Widow, Iron Man, Angel, Iceman. And Spider-Man had a cameo appearance once.

The following dropped/missing Marvel characters/groups have actually canonly interacted with 'Godzilla' before:
Captain America, Scarlet Witch, Vision.

The following Marvel characters/groups have actually canonly interacted with 'Godzilla' before, but are not and have not been in comm:
Ares, Ms. Marvel, Sentry, Thor, Wasp, Wonder Man, Yellowjacket, Hercules, Dr. Demonicus, Human Torch, Invisible Woman, Mr. Fantastic, Thing, SHIELD, Hawkeye (Not Kate), Mockingbird, Tigra, "Dum Dum" Dugan.

There may be more, but these are the only ones I can remember/find out offhand. I just thought some of you might like to know. XD

That would be cool. It sounds like it would probably be a Defenders and/or Champions thing. Those are the two runs I don't have. D: But only if it's not too much trouble.

I think I remember seeing somewhere that it had to do with Champions?

I am also fairly certain that an expy of Nick Fury mentions him in one of the Marvel Transformers comic, but as I am not at home right now I cannot verify.

Iron Man was actually heavily involved, from what I can remember/can find out.

And, uh. Godzilla may have run off with one of his suits at one point.

I've got a torrent going that I think is all the Marvel run of Godzilla comics (possibly some Dark Horse?). If it is and it works out, I'll totally share it. I'm not sure if it has the Iron Man stuff in it, but hopefully it does. I wanna see.

Ummm, there was this whole thing where Dr. Demonicus like. Messed with Zilla and I don't remember mutated him or something? I haven't read these things since I was all of 10, so. But yeah, mutated him, and there was this huge fight; they got rid of him for a little while. Iron Man had to leave his suit behind, Godzilla stole it and took it to the Good Doctor, who put it on and attacked Iron Man.

Long story short, it failed miserably, Godzilla escaped, accidentally found himself on the set of a movie, destroyed it, and then went "THE SEA! I MUST DISAPPEAR INTO IT".
