The Ewoks were not only adorable, they also totally pwned not just the Stormtroopers, but also Our Heroes before them.

And while there are some laughs to be had in... at least the first two prequels (I've actually sworn off seeing the third, after being burned by Eps I and II), the rampant stupid hurts so much. Like, especially in EpII, where the Jedi Council in general -- and Obi-Wan in particular -- get all the pieces needed to make the obvious conclusion that they're being played for chumps, but don't even try to put them together.

/bitter original trilogy fan

(Although, that said, I might've forgiven them if Jango's head had stayed in his helmet until Boba picked it up, then fallen at his feet for maximum psych trauma. I'd have done so much inappropriate laughing in the theater at that, because I was that broken by EpII.)
