HAHAHAH PRETTY MUCH. It teased me with all of its curves and PUBIC HAIR and just general sexiness, but the problematic underlying text of it all bothered me, just because I'm like okay it's realistic that stuff like this happens esp. culturally but JUST GIVE ME A LEGIT RELATIONSHIP CHRIST

Aoi Hana is pretty good at addressing these issues but it's so slice-of-lifey it might bore half of people to death while melting the other halfs hearts idk

Western TV has a pretty shitty record with their crazy/psychotic lesbians and bi girls and let us not forget when a character comes out it's usually all about the straight characters, and their ~struggle~ to deal with it or their white knighting and back patting because they are totally kewl with it

and then the gay/bi character just disappears after they come out because they aren't needed anymore now that they helped het-chan on his/her journey to tolerance
