He is just... he doesn't know what to think. He just cannot get over the whole vampire thing no matter how hard he tries. On an intellectual level, he knows that she'd to anything to protect him and, more importantly, Sophie. But she's friends with Flamel and she fed on Sophie and emotionally he just can't get past that just yet. He's glad she's in the City though, even if he'd never tell her that.
