Sexuality is infinitely complex and variable. It's a subject on which many papers have been published, debates have been waged, hypotheses defended, etc etc etc. NO DEBATES HERE, THOUGH. JUST A QUESTION (WHICH I KNOW HAS BEEN POSED BEFORE BUT IT WAS A REALLY LONG TIME AGO):

If you had to put your character on the Kinsey scale (whether you believe in its validity or not), where would he or she fall? Why?

asdfldasg I can't bring myself to ship Luffy with anyone because he's just never shown any signs of being attracted to anyone. That and he has landed in the bathtub of this lady while she was bathing and was like "Hey why are you all naked and stuff?" o_O

Then when she proceeded to get a crush on him he was like :V and had no idea lol.

Oda's never putting him with anyone either, but I don't think that means Luffy will go through life like unloved or anything. He seems like the type of guy that, with awesome friends, will be satisfied :)

ILU pretzels. I have always thought the same thing - shipping Luffy gets into squick factor because he has the mentality of a ten year old.

Not necessarily the mentality of a ten year old. He can figure things out when it's important in regards to his friends and all.

Maybe Luffy just doesn't care about romance :U

I agree and yet at the same time Boa and Luffy are the cutest thing ever. It makes me a little sad that they will never get together in some way beyond friendship. Although given how devoted Luffy is to his friends that could still be really nice.
