(villain??) roadtrip brainstorming plot

bullseyeSome of us were kicking around a plot idea wherein Lachesis (randomly) ports groups of villains out of the City to remote locations, which turns into multiple disastrous rat races to return home. Powers would be nerfed to prevent them from returning quickly, comms disabled, and so forth. Other suggested points:
-there needs to be an incident to rouse Lachesis to annoyance, possibly an attack on her
-characters would be randomly grouped to broaden CR and shenanigans
-Doom drives a minivan
-some other things I forgot but that's what comments are for
WHO THINKS THIS SOUNDS LIKE FUN
editing to add: morally ambiguous types too!! or maybe a few random heroes if people want THIS IS BRAINSTORMING
