What kinds of plots are you after?: anything! i'm interested in cr building plots most of all right now.

Powers: eyup
Skills: being loud, being obnoxious, a particularly loud and obnoxious brand of leadership, giving surprisingly reasonable advice, giving surprisingly reasonable romantic advice, fighting with a sickle, walking the line between self awareness and self delusion with astonishing precision.
Likes: being respected, being taken seriously, when his friends don't die, when his friends don't kill each other, romance, romantic comedies, will smith, crabs, dragons, computer games, picking internet fights.
Dislikes: karkat spends his life near perpetually offended this list is too long for me to write at 5am.

Man I feel bad about dropping Kyouko and her CR with Karkat, but I'm up for building something between him and Archer. Since he's virulently anti-superhero, something interesting could come of him running into Karkat going about his Phantasm business?

it's all good! i was sorry to see kyouko go, but i'm absolutely up for archer-karkat cr. something interesting could definitely come of that -- karkat is careful to conceal his identity, but as long as the knowledge KARKAT IS A VIGILANTE doesn't end up super widespread, i'm down for archer figuring out who karkat is.

Archer is fairly good at keeping secrets most of the time, so it isn't a problem; he wouldn't feel the need to go spreading the information around. Any ideas for how he could realize this dumb vigilante kid is actually a dumb imPort vigilante kid?

well, number one would probably be his voice. he tries to avoid his distinctive way of talking while in disguise, laying off the metaphors and such, but the cadence and tone is still similar enough that it would be recognizable, if he paid attention to it. probably more so since karkat usually only uses voice and text over the network.

there is also his eyes! his disguise covers his skin and horns and everything, but his eyes are still visible. the yellow sclera/grey irises is pretty distinctive for trolls, but again, he'd have to be paying attention to see it, since karkat makes a point to only ever go out when it's dark.

Archer is fairly perceptive, so he could pick up on that!

He won't have his superpowers back for about another week or so (since he died recently), so it's up to you whether you'd want Karkat to run into him that way or wait until he's got his powers again. It could be easy to mistake him for a normal civilian in need of help from a superhero this way, if you want to go that route.

I don't know how to build up to this but Minako and Karkat need to have serious discussions/arguments over people's love lives.

THIS WOULD BE PERFECT i love getting to play karkat gossiping with people like an old lady. it's not difficult to get karkat to warm up to people, i think the main hurdle would be getting him to let minako know he's not as much of a jerk as he makes himself out to be.

karkat never gets to talk about his romcoms with people without them wishing he'd shut up so he'd be thrilled to have someone be actually interested in what he has to say about them! abed will probably get his ear talked off. i'd love to see some cr between these two.
