Example:

What is your character doing?: The sorts of shenanigans they are up to this very second.
Are you willing to have your character get hurt?: If Y, how much and in what situation.

What kinds of plots are you after?: C&C encompasses the cliches of almost every genre! If you just have a direction you want to take your character, but no specific plots in mind, feel free to list that, too. Mayhap people will brainstorm. These plots needn't happen immediately either, obviously!
Is your character open for pairings?: If there’s anything you ship, you can list them if you want! Feel free to describe your character's quirks or general type.
Powers: List them. Are these powers widely known?

Likes: This also applies to personality traits that they gel with.

I only have one character oops

Name: Minako Aino
Canon:
What is your character doing?: Trying to get used to living on her own, blowing all of her money, wasting her time at the arcade and wandering around at night as Sailor Venus. She's also trying to be an idol which... Basically consists of her practicing her autograph and posing, and thinking up speeches. Also daydreaming.
Are you willing to have your character get hurt?: Sure!
Does your character have a job?: No... This is going to be an issue soon.
Is your character on a team?: Nope!
What kinds of plots are you after?: Anything! Minako needs lots of friends and crushes, because she's Minako. I would also love to get her involved in superheroing as Sailor Venus!
Is your character open for pairings?: Sure! She's more prone to fleeting, superficial crushes than relationships, though.
Powers: She can transform into Sailor Venus, sailor fuku and all. Her powers are kind of odd. They're pretty specific, rather than blasts of fire or water or whatever. Mostly she relies on her glowing fancy chain whip, and kicking people in the head.
Skills: Despite her usual goofy persona, when Minako is in Sailor Venus mode she's very serious. She's the leader of the inner senshi, so she's very good at bringing people together and making swift decisions. She's also good at recognizing when to let someone else take the reins, with strategy or brute strength or whatever. She's a good fighter, not so much in pure strength but in quick thinking and creativity. She does have a pretty wicked kick, though. Non-combat wise, she's really good at video games and stalking celebrities.
Likes: Video games, food, pop culture, celebrities (wait until she finds ontd), sleeping, making friends, boys, etc etc.
Dislikes: School, arrogance (hypocrite!), people not realizing her talent!!! and beauty!!!, actually committing to anything other than her duty as a senshi/Usagi, working, etc.

i'd love to do something with minako and jessica if you'd be up for it! jessica also thinks she has star potential, even if minako is way more talented than she is. maybe they could try to start a girl group or something.

Awww, that would be super awesome! Though to be honest, Minako has absolutely no musical experience whatsoever. I think it would be fun for them to be partners in crime (or heroing whatever), too!

I haven't touched her yet but I feel like Sailor Venus and Wild Tiger really need to meet. It just seems like a thing that has to be done.

(although if she likes stalking celebrities, she can also hit up Kotetsu for being an actor on a popular sci-fi show)

He does have a nice apartment, he inherited Fire Emblem's about a year ago. And is not all that secretive except for Wild Tiger stuff. ;)
