Example:

What is your character doing?: The sorts of shenanigans they are up to this very second.
Are you willing to have your character get hurt?: If Y, how much and in what situation.
Does your character have a job?: If N, would they like one? If Y, are they hiring?

What kinds of plots are you after?: C&C encompasses the cliches of almost every genre! If you just have a direction you want to take your character, but no specific plots in mind, feel free to list that, too. Mayhap people will brainstorm. These plots needn't happen immediately either, obviously!
Is your character open for pairings?: If there’s anything you ship, you can list them if you want! Feel free to describe your character's quirks or general type.
Powers: List them. Are these powers widely known?

What is your character doing?: adjusting to life while trying to dig up answers on the porter on the side (because if it wasn't a wormhole how did it happen). sometimes he goes out for walks in the park. gotta keep up that physique!
Are you willing to have your character get hurt?: if we can plot it somehow, sure!
Does your character have a job?: I've toyed around with the idea of making him a substitute math teacher. BUT OTHER THAN THAT, NOT CURRENTLY.
Is your character on a team?: nope.
What kinds of plots are you after?: anything. so far things have been more of the gen slice of life variety (partially because my own time has been hectic ooc), but i'm really open to any suggestions and would love bouncing any ideas off of people. positive, negative, crack, bring it all in.
Is your character open for pairings?: nope, he's taken.
Powers: empathy/empathic manipulation + the selective precognition of knowing when kirk is about to do something dumb!!
Skills: he can come fix your cable or probably tell you why your wi-fi isnt working!!! ....also you know, he did work as a Science officer so there's all that and the intelligence and vulcan physique etc.
Likes: logic, long walks on the beach, harry styles, long walks with harry styles talking about logic....... also probably cats. and starfleet and space and saving planets and exploration!
Dislikes: cryogenically frozen super humans. death. anomalies!
