FRANK CASTLE

Character: Frank Castle | The Punisher
Canon: Marvel 616
Affiliations: FRANK CASTLE MAKES NO FRIENDS. uhh he's connected to the Minutemen vaguely as he has CR with Lil, Monica, HJ and Nelly all uniquely. He also is loosely connected to Jack Bauer due to Vulcanus problems.
Current state of affairs: He is poking around trying to look at some of the City's villains, as well as researching Vulcanus. Having just been ported back in from modplot, he is a bloody mess in Lil Crawley's kitchen. He also misses his dogs from previous modplot, since they're gone now -- but he won't admit that.
What I'm looking for: ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING. Modplot has proven to me that I really love throwing him into unfamiliar situations, or with people you wouldn't expect. Clashing/awkward CR is really amusing. Likewise, characters of a similar nature are also fun! Frank hasn't had a good ol' fashion clash of ideals argument in the City! That would be fun!

Anyone playing a villainous character who would be interested in some terrible stalking, please let me know! I'm very cautious to just throw him at other people when this is the most negative of negative CR.

Eventually somewhere further down the road I want him to get beaten up/thrown into NOHoPE but that's long down the line methinks.

What I'd like to avoid: Nothing comes to mind!

RE: STALKING Eridan's had a long-standing history of talking about how great genocide/murder/slavery/all that nasty business is, hanging out with shady people Eddie, and is publicly known to have killed a guy a while back! I am also totally game for some stalking, if you're interested!

Sweet! I try to keep Homestuck incomprehensibility to a minimum, but if I ever slip on that, let me know!

But yeah! Would Frank need any kind of inciting incident to start keeping tabs on somebody, or is he the kind of dude that backreads for shady shit to check in on?

NP! I'm fine with some canon references so long as you're cool with explaining necessary context to me!

While research of that matter would be IC, OOCly I'd rather avoid just 'general backreading' without an event to trigger it, since that could technically branch into info-modding on my part? Or cause some conflict since it'd be awkward to explain him learning history about X subject but not Y subject, prioritizing this over that or whatever. If that makes sense? But all it would need is some kind of spark to get it started, it doesn't have to be much, before he'd intentionally dive into researching! Then it could go from there.

...I hope this explanation makes sense I'm tired and squinting at my words.

So uh. I don't have any particularly specific ideas at the moment but I do know that I kind of want more Frank and Nepeta threads, which is something I never thought I'd be saying ahaha.

YES SAME. I was totally going to hit you up on this meme! Our thread was unexpectedly adorable and I really enjoyed it a lot. I'd definitely want these two to run into each other again. It's tricky to make specific situations, but Frank roams the City enough that we could have them bump heads?

It's actually pretty easy to have them run into each other - Nepeta spends most of her free time exploring and being a schooch, and when she's got it into her head she wants to be friends with someone it's kind of hard to shake her.

If Frank's not careful she'll try and bribe him with ice cream or something to get him to hang out, haha.

KIREI KOTOMINE

Character: Kirei Kotomine
Canon: Fate/Zero
Affiliations: hideous church group. Basically every other Fate/ cast member has CR with him because he's Main Villain status and touches everyone. He also works at NOHoPE with those crazy diamonds (Danger, Norman, Yako).
Current state of affairs: His murderhusband (see: Gilgamesh) is in the City and for delightfully messed up reasons he mistakenly thinks they kill each other in the future. So, his joy at that is a little hampered. ADDITIONALLY he lacks a Grail now so his motivation is kind of a stretch, so he will be seeking some new form of entertainment. Whatever it is, it won't end well.
What I'm looking for: HIDEOUS THINGS... Kirei is manipulative and awful, and basically asking for victims here. Also people of a similar nature to himself really intrigue him (people who are 'empty' or deprive pleasure from other people's displeasure) so sadism mingling??? I SHOULD EDIT TO MENTION he can heal people aw yiss
What I'd like to avoid: I'd like to avoid anything HUGELY villainous for a little bit while he's getting settled. Small bits of terribleness? Sure! But I don't want any huge massacres right now. Perhaps... later...
Anything else?: I'll be making an open log for him around the 10th or so, once my schedule calms down. If you want to do something, let me know! Since that's ideal.

Yes please I would absolutely adore this CR. I cannot express that enough. I really would love conflicting ideals and general hideous religious debates. I'm going to be writing up his open log and one of the prompts would be in the church, and Kurt could stop by? Or I could cater to a specific situation if that'd gel more naturally.
