Okay guys this is a serious question and I need as much participation as possible, as someone's grade is on the line here:

Give me heroes that wear underwear outside their costume.

Alternately, heroes whose costume is underwear in general.

Emma and the other ladies don't wear their underwear outside their costume. It just is their costume. XD I'm not sure if that's better or worse.
