So, because I miss the days when GDS used to be filled with all the polls, here is one from me because I can't make up my mind on a pull point for Phoenix Wright.

There's some minor differences between all of these guys that have nothing to do with C&C. Feenie is still pretty hopeful and kind of delusional about some aspects of the world and thinks the best of people even when evidence is shoved into his face about how evil they really are. Nick is more willing to be a little sarcastic and doesn't just dumbly believe in everyone. Just his clients. Mostly. Except that one guy he defended in the second game. Yeah. Hobo still shows some of Nick's beliefs, but it's tempered by a pretty heavy layer of bitterness and a bit of a twist to his morals when it comes to court procedures and how the world works.

So I read this thing about Captain America promoting suicide prevention.

Now, since I'm actually a real live therapist when I'm not busy pretending to be a robot, this is kind of Relevent To My Interests. I'm also the first person to admit that this is the most attention I've paid to Captain America in...well...ever.

Those of you who actually read and/or give a crap about comics: What do you make of this?

So. I have the Marvel and DC previews. You know. Those things that comic retailers get so that they know what comics they can order for the upcoming months? This one covers up to.... June 30th, I think. But yeah. Lots of new series. Lots of NO IRON FIST, but that's besides the point.

Anyone want to know what to expect for the coming... three months? DC seems to have a lot of good shit coming up. Marvel has a bit too.

Anyways, I'm willing to share the news on any series or characters anyone's interested in. So, if you want to know, just comment with the series/character/universe you want to know about and I will supply as best I can.

There's also other comics as well, including a bit on World of Warcraft comics and maybe even some transformer ones??? IDK. THE BOOK IS REALLY FAT OKAY.

So, Laura had a one-shot which came out yesterday, ingeniously titled X-23 #1. I wasn't expecting much from it, because I don't really expect much from her canon, but I was really looking forward to the art, because Alina Urusov is fantastic. Sadly, she was booted off the project in favour of two guys who weren't exactly up to scratch, and, uh. It was Liu writing it, and while she has great ideas about characters, it doesn't usually come across well in the finished project. Well, there were some lovely scenes with Laura and Kiden in to make up for it? I don't know.

Anyway. Use this post to spam awesome fanart of the characters you play! Obviously, if it's NWS, link to it, and try not to stretch the page.
