What kinds of plots are you after?: I have a few ideas myself that mostly have to do with a teenager girl getting on the Internet for the first time ever. I'm planning to have her send accidental text messages to IC inboxes (so if you're up for this, let me know) as well as all of the annoying quirks. Please feel free to troll her. Other than that, I've kept the slate pretty clean growth-wise due to being new to this game entirely.

Is your character open for pairings?: She's a heroine from an ecchi visual novel. Pretty sure pairings just form up around her. Unfortunately she's a Typical Tsundere who will be a complete brat to anyone who does get close to her, so I don't see her making many close bonds right away.

Powers: Magecraft (typical magic bullshit) and jewelcraft, which is when she infuses a gem over time to do neat stuff.

Skills: Bitching endlessly, Chinese martial arts, cooking (rarely), investigating, setting up boundary fields (which allow her to detect intruders among other things), being trolled, making Archer's life Hell, and mana dolphins.

Likes: Being right, popularity, being in control, cats, old-fashioned accessories, and teasing people when she can.

What is your character doing?: Following the virus plot, he basically felt disgusted with humanity and moved into Jenny Q and Midnighter's Carrier. While infected, his powers went crazy and his metal prosthetic hands were damaged. As a result, he's been thinking about how Rapunzel offered to heal his arms, and in the next few days he's going to take her up on the offer. Basically, he's seen firstly how volatile his powers are when they're out of control, and because they are his only means of doing anything for himself, he doesn't want Vulcanus or anyone else to be able to take that power away from him ever again.
Are you willing to have your character get hurt?: Yep! Hit me up if you'd like to plot something out.

What is your character doing?: He's recovering, physically, after the exhausting trip that was Venezuela, and more recently after "helping" Terry by nullifying his powers. Otherwise he's trying his best to settle into the City, worries about his boss a lot, and generally tries his best to adapt as much a a completely ordinary guy can in this sort of situation. He's slowly getting used to the idea of having powers himself, though he hasn't fully appreciated their potential yet.
Are you willing to have your character get hurt?: Sure! He's not the type to get into fights on his own account, though, so it would likely have to be in a poorly thought-out attempt to save someone else's ass.
Does your character have a job?: Yes! He's currently the head of security at City Hall.
Is your character on a team?: If City Hall counts as a team, yes!
What kinds of plots are you after?: Bradbury's really more of a sidekick type than anything, meaning the only way he'd get involved with something is if he was dragged into it or if someone else he knew was involved. That said, I'm open to any kind of plotting, whether short- or long-term! I'd like anything that has to do with him getting more CR established both in and outside of City Hall, and I'm game for both random shenanigans and more plot-driven things. I think most CR develops organically, so I try not to plan out too far ahead as far as that goes, but I do like coming up with excuses to throw people together. I'm also thinking it would be interesting to do some plots involving City Hall's security, but I'm bad at generating plots, so I can't think of anything to do with that off hand!
Is your character open for pairings?: While I prefer to let this sort of thing develop on its own, I have no objection to uh, having him be set up or people crushing on him? HE might object strongly to it and/or be really unsure/flustered, but who cares what Bradbury thinks!!! So basically, YES WITH THE CAVEAT THAT IT WILL PROBABLY END HIDEOUSLY.
Powers: Power nullification, paralysis, electronic disruption.
Skills: Swimming, basic first aid, decent but not fancy cook, as physically fit as a guy in his late thirties can be, good at learning new languages by ear, ABILITY TO TOLERATE A LOT OF BULLSHIT...

Powers: Minako can summon any of three Personas, which are more or less projections of aspects of her personality which derive strength from her social connections to other people. Her Persona abilities include healing, elemental magic, and some other fun stuff. This also requires her to shoot herself in the head, always good for a reaction from the unwary.
Skills: Fighting with polearms (mostly the naginata), volleyball and general athletics, cooking (especially sweets), enough sewing and knitting to make small crafts and gifts.
Likes: Making friends, understanding other people's points of view, helping people, music and singing, food and cooking, life.

Are you willing to have your character get hurt?: Yep! Conditionally, of course.
Does your character have a job?: Yes, he's the CEO of Oscorp, an R&D company focused on chemical and technological development.
Is your character on a team?: Nope.
What kinds of plots are you after?: I looooove villain plots whether he's doing something personally or he pays someone (Ladd) to fuck things up by proxy. Also business and political plots and I'm always cool for low-key/humorous/bantery things too, not just dark plots!
Is your character open for pairings?: Not currently.

What is your character doing?: Getting readjusted after dying and coming back. Helping Rin get adjusted to the City in the first place. Being a jerk.
Are you willing to have your character get hurt?: Sure! No more dying for a while, though, since he just did that.
Does your character have a job?: Nope. In fact, now that Rin's here and he needs to support them both, he's looking for one. I'd kind of like him to be a janitor somewhere, because I'm awful.
Is your character on a team?: Team Tohsaka. Nope nope nope.
What kinds of plots are you after?: Pretty much anything! Archer has a lot of levers that can be pushed and pulled to get him involved in plots, especially now that Rin's here and he has something to care about in the City. He'll be trying to teach her about technology, get a job, and investigate the whole environment to make sure he can keep the both of them safe. And plenty of other potential things.
Is your character open for pairings?: Not really, although plenty of UST and awkward relationships in general can happen.
Powers: Magecraft, being a Servant (a sort of spirit), and doing ridiculous things with swords he makes from his own mind.
Skills: Self-loathing, mostly, but also combat, basic brute strength, and (secretly) domestic stuff.
Likes: Sarcasm and swords. He also has a perpetual interest in myths and legends of heroes, although it's not exactly a like...
Dislikes: Himself, his existence, anything that reminds him of himself, life, himself, superheroes, and also himself.
