Example:
Name: That's the character in question.
Canon: This field almost writes itself.
What is your character doing?: The sorts of shenanigans they are up to this very second.
Are you willing to have your character get hurt?: If Y, how much and in what situation.
Does your character have a job?: If N, would they like one? If Y, are they hiring?
Is your character on a team?: If N, would they like to be?
What kinds of plots are you after?: C&C encompasses the cliches of almost every genre! If you just have a direction you want to take your character, but no specific plots in mind, feel free to list that, too. Mayhap people will brainstorm. These plots needn't happen immediately either, obviously!
Is your character open for pairings?: If there’s anything you ship, you can list them if you want! Feel free to describe your character's quirks or general type.
Powers: List them. Are these powers widely known?
Skills: What are they good at? Fighting, calligraphy, underwater basketweaving, etc? Anything you'd like to work into a plot.
Likes: This also applies to personality traits that they gel with.
Dislikes: Personality traits apply here, too.
Anything else?: Free space for all your tl;dr needs. NOT JUST AN INVITATION TO POST A FUNNY GIF.

Canon: Fate/stay night
What is your character doing?: Getting readjusted after dying and coming back. Helping Rin get adjusted to the City in the first place. Being a jerk.
Are you willing to have your character get hurt?: Sure! No more dying for a while, though, since he just did that.
Does your character have a job?: Nope. In fact, now that Rin's here and he needs to support them both, he's looking for one. I'd kind of like him to be a janitor somewhere, because I'm awful.
Is your character on a team?:
Team Tohsaka.Nope nope nope.What kinds of plots are you after?: Pretty much anything! Archer has a lot of levers that can be pushed and pulled to get him involved in plots, especially now that Rin's here and he has something to care about in the City. He'll be trying to teach her about technology, get a job, and investigate the whole environment to make sure he can keep the both of them safe. And plenty of other potential things.
Is your character open for pairings?: Not really, although plenty of UST and awkward relationships in general can happen.
Powers: Magecraft, being a Servant (a sort of spirit), and doing ridiculous things with swords he makes from his own mind.
Skills: Self-loathing, mostly, but also combat, basic brute strength, and (secretly) domestic stuff.
Likes: Sarcasm and swords. He also has a perpetual interest in myths and legends of heroes, although it's not exactly a like...
Dislikes: Himself, his existence, anything that reminds him of himself, life, himself, superheroes, and also himself.
Anything else?: I got hit with a power outage after the storm, so I'll be a bit slow in responding to stuff--but I'll definitely be very much around and interested in RP once I get power back.

UM, they could always just fend off the casual muggers or something? I feel like a broken record I swear but I'm going to be busy for the next few days and won't be properly available till next week. Do you mind waiting till then? :(

In any case, fending off muggers might be best saved for after Archer gets his powers back--he's currently powerless until at least the 11th thanks to, um, dying.
