What does your character look like?

Because icons aren't always the most accurate, today's not!meme asks you to describe your character's physical appearance. Height, weight, eye and hair color, build, distinguishing marks, etc. And if they've had any physical changes since arriving in the City (i.e., new robo-arm, sporting a rad eyepatch, suddenly becoming a human) you can share that as well!  And if you use a PB, who are they, why did you pick them,etc.?

Electro is 5'11", though he doesn't always look it the way he slouches. He's kind of on the skinny side, but with help from his powers supercharging his body and how he processes food, energy, fat, etc. he's got pretty decent musculature to him. He's got a fit, broad chest, strong arms and sturdy legs. His butt is just big enough for it to count as a butt -- his back goes straight down and it protrudes very slightly, so he has to extenuate his hips himself when he wants to. He's got a scar on his face shaped roughly like his old mask (think an electric starfish) from when his powers were malfunctioning and the mask helped them rebound.

His face is kind of blocky; that is, it's a handsome face, but his lack of hair skews the effect somewhat as does his scar. He's got a long forehead, a strong chin and slightly narrow blue eyes that almost always look a little skeptical. However, more often than not the pupils don't show at all; he's so in-tuned with his powers they frequently appear pure white as they do when he's using electricity. The follicles on his head don't grow properly anymore (though he originally shaved his head to avoid static problems) and thus his once glorious coif of auburn hair is gone. He's bald, and he has no eyebrows or stubble, either. He's got a strong nose, slightly large that goes straight down in a beaky way, and big ears.

He usually wears his costume, but when he doesn't he favors casual clothes like jeans, shorts, or a leather jacket. He slouches and walks with his hands in his pockets when he's in "casual" mode, or else he walks with straight shoulders and his hands fisted at his side to look intimidating. He can be insecure (see: slouching) but also cocky and walks with swagger most of the time to make an impression.
