What is your character doing?: The sorts of shenanigans they are up to this very second.
Are you willing to have your character get hurt?: If Y, how much and in what situation.
Does your character have a job?: If N, would they like one? If Y, are they hiring?
Is your character on a team?: If N, would they like to be?
What kinds of plots are you after?: C&C encompasses the cliches of almost every genre! If you just have a direction you want to take your character, but no specific plots in mind, feel free to list that, too. Mayhap people will brainstorm. These plots needn't happen immediately either, obviously!
Is your character open for pairings?: If there’s anything you ship, you can list them if you want! Feel free to describe your character's quirks or general type.
Powers: List them. Are these powers widely known?
Skills: What are they good at? Fighting, calligraphy, underwater basketweaving, etc? Anything you'd like to work into a plot.
Likes: This also applies to personality traits that they gel with.
Dislikes: Personality traits apply here, too.

What is your character doing?: currently sitting in the middle of the ocean off the East coast on his ship, being an angry hermit pirate.
Are you willing to have your character get hurt?: YES PLZ
Does your character have a job?: nope, he lives off his investments and theft
Is your character on a team?: not without his Straw Hats
What kinds of plots are you after?: well, he just broke up with Callie because she's a man now, so he's filled with a lot of anger and sads and is on a hair-trigger. This is a great time to get into fights with him. I want to play with news of that getting out, as well as some fighting, and him learning to deal with all the things. Also, he's ready to kick some ass to take down Vulcanus anytime but needs a catalyst.
Is your character open for pairings?: not at the moment and I don't even know if he has it in him to flirt until he's over his heartbreak
Powers: super-strength from the waist down, enhanced stamina, enhanced healing factor
Skills: cooking, sailing, charming women, Black Leg kenpo
Likes: women, cooking, the ocean
Dislikes: men, crossdressers, other things
Anything else?: I may power-update him when I canon-update him after the Dressrosa arc is over, to give him his haki, but I don't know what to swap out.
