The thing about Bucky is that you can sort of track his age, he's basically a giant walking retcon and so most of his past is attached to specific dates.

But it's difficult to put an exact number on, so I just figure he perpetually identifies as 29.

Comic ages are weird. How Abby went from 16 at the beginning of the Initiative to 18 now, while in the same segment of time four months have maybe passed in Captain America is sort of beyond me.
