even though Bunny is a japanese character from japan and should speak japanese, I'm a total asshole who just swapped it for English so that using Mixx translations would make more sense.

BUT

now that she's found out that she has LOST HER NATIVE LANGUAGE, she's going to try to relearn it.

So apparently there's a new Transformers videogame, as in, not a tie-in game to the movie coming out. Thing is...

It...

actually looks good.

It's supposed to be a Gears of War style FPS game, and take place in its own continuity, though said continuity is largely going to be inspired by G1 (mostly Dreamwave's War Within comic book series). I was skeptical.

I DONT KNOW ABOUT YOU BUT THAT IS PRETTY AWESOME also much nicer looking than Michael Bay amirite

also given that this continuity is supposed to be like "upgraded G1" I am all "That is totally what Cybertron actually looks like y'all."

I just failed finished my last final like 30 minutes ago. I AM FREE, which is simply amazing because this has been the worst semester of my life. Anyway, because I have been hideously busy with school since forever and now I am not, I want to use this opportunity (before I go on hiatus in like 4 days wth,.,) to interact more with others. YEAH. I know I owe two people tags, I will get all over that after I take a much needed nap. So how about it, anyone want to play with my ridiculous characters?

I has a question.

Can we take cues from the real-life NYC to determine what's going on in the City, re: weather? Because NYC just got put under a Winter Storm Warning (so sue me, I'm a Weather Channel junkie and watch while I'm cleaning house) for I think 8-10 inches of snow this weekend.

...so does that mean The City is also getting a snowstorm? Can we can we can we? Huh huh huh? *bounces like a puppy*

Characters who volunteered to help wrap and deliver the donated presents to Selina's center. Did we want to log any of that (mainly for shenanigans, since Fran and I were giggling over the idea of Alastair and Bakura having lightsaber duels with wrapping paper tubes) or are there just too damn many logs going on over the holiday week? I will understand if this is all handwaved, but if anyone else wanted in on shenanigans, I am not opposed to throwing up a log. Just let me know.

It took me a while, but here are some scans from the Green Lantern Corps series. These ones focus on Soranik Natu, who is made of awesome and win.

Some background: Soranik hails from Korugar, a planet whose Green Lantern went evil, forcing the planet into order by turning it into a dictatorship run by himself. As such, Korugar is one of the only places in the universe where the population hates Green Lanterns with a passion, viewing Lanterns as cursed. The previous Lantern of Korugar's sector, Katma-Tui, was known as Katma-Tui the Lost for this reason.

NB: these are only scans, not a full issue or anything, so I'm not f-locking. I will if necessary, though!

Hey all -

So now that apps have closed til next year and I have time to think about it... I've decided I really want a second character - somebody more social than Parker. (I love her, but ICly pushing her into social situations is like pulling teeth and there's no equivalent of Sophie to nudge her.) I'm not really sure who, or what powers they'd have.

Well, that's not entirely true. I have a few ideas, but nothing concrete.

Still, I want people to throw random suggestions at me and see what comes up. HEY GUYS, TELL ME WHO I SHOULD PLAY.
