For her birthday, Kytha requested a very special meme, so this is how it works!

I haven't tried to force people to try to watch my canon for awhile now, and it's just come to my attention via the intraweb that Psych's pilot is currently ~*~*~*~free~*~*~*~ on iTunes, and if you happen to enjoy it, the first season is on sale for ~*~*~*~19.99~*~*~*~ on there as well. That's pretty cheap for the beauty that is Carlton Lassiter's lineface ~~especially considering I spent like 45 dollars for mine :(~~. ~~It's also the best season.~~

I wish I had more to offer than pandering to you guys to support my canon but I'm sleepy. So uhm... How was your guys' days? Did you eat good food? Did anyone see a rainbow? I stepped on a dead bird, did anyone else do this, too? Because if so that would be an amazing coincidence.

From Wednesday Comics, where Selina had wacky magical adventures that included turning into a panther, getting molested by Morgane, and a possession via fly swarm. Even for her, that's a weird date.

Greer once asked me how often I look up The Pillowman on youtube, and the answer is: ALWAYS. This is what happens to canon reviewing when there's no set cast to follow, hurray! /o\

In any case, I occasionally find really awesome things on there like Pillowman: The Musical!, but it's mostly just college students fumbling through their final acting projects. Today, though, I stumbled upon an original short film about Katurian's childhood, which is like candy-covered fanfiction with visuals and horrific imagery. omg.

This isn't worth posting in OOC - but I disappeared yesterday when I crashed ridiculously early last night and woke up in pain anyway.

I will try to pick up tags this afternoon, but if you don't hear from me assume I'm either lying down, doing tai chi or outside cussing at the additional snow we're supposed to get.

So! Since I've had a bunch of free time on my hands, I decided to compare the game and the manga that was made after the game to...well, I don't even know. Alleviate boredom. And it turned into a hunt for canon to share.

( This canon share turned into a canon comparison. Incredibly image heavy and really, really because I got bored and carried away. )

So in the end -- the manga is pretty boring, the video game is 100 times better, I hope the eljay cut didn't screw up on me and I need to figure out more things to do. :|

Looks like SONY finally throws another bone to Shadow fans concerning the movie that has been in limbo for a few years at this point. Late update because, it's kind of obscure that the film is even being worked on, so updates are late, even getting to the fans.

Make of it what you will, I think the concerns in it are legitimate (Shadow predates Batman, but Batman's had much better PR), and while the story takes some, um, interesting liberties with characterization apparently, I think it could grow on me.

I've had this carrot dangled in front of me for going on six or seven years now, and the last news about this was two years ago, so hell yeah, I'm glad to hear it's not utterly dead and buried yet.
