Tokyopop's branching out in new and strange ways, including Luuna, which pleases me greatly. Marvel's doing a lot of Soleil's big hits (including D'Ythaq - LESBIANS IN SPACE!!!!!) and a good chunk of you've probably already read Sky Doll. Now I just need to see Trolls du Troy translated (honestly, I couldn't care less about Lanfeust) and I'll die a happy woman.

SO BECAUSE I'M CURIOUS. What titles NOT FROM ASIALAND do you want to see in English? Series that could do with a fandom, or you just want to read them in a language you're more comfortable with?

I grew up with Asterix. I especially like Asterix Legionnaire. But I gotta say, after Goscinny died, the series turned to crap.

I don't like Tintin though. Tintin is the most boring thing since golf. That is one unsympathetically bland main character.

I'll definitely agree with you there.

I grew up with both Tintin and Asterix, so it might be my nostalgia goggles for Tintin? I'm more fond of the Captain in any case.
