Example:
Name: That's the character in question.
Canon: This field almost writes itself.
What is your character doing?: The sorts of shenanigans they are up to this very second.
Are you willing to have your character get hurt?: If Y, how much and in what situation.
Does your character have a job?: If N, would they like one? If Y, are they hiring?
Is your character on a team?: If N, would they like to be?
What kinds of plots are you after?: C&C encompasses the cliches of almost every genre! If you just have a direction you want to take your character, but no specific plots in mind, feel free to list that, too. Mayhap people will brainstorm. These plots needn't happen immediately either, obviously!
Is your character open for pairings?: If there’s anything you ship, you can list them if you want! Feel free to describe your character's quirks or general type.
Powers: List them. Are these powers widely known?
Skills: What are they good at? Fighting, calligraphy, underwater basketweaving, etc? Anything you'd like to work into a plot.
Likes: This also applies to personality traits that they gel with.
Dislikes: Personality traits apply here, too.
Anything else?: Free space for all your tl;dr needs. NOT JUST AN INVITATION TO POST A FUNNY GIF.

Are you willing to have your character get hurt?: Yes, but actions have consequences with him, as it would need to be deliberately planned out, and he does have a security staff to make sure his ass is ok
Does your character have a job?: That's all he has, he's the fucking Mayor
Is your character on a team?: Team City Hall!
What kinds of plots are you after?: ANYTHING. If you want or need a political force, I'm here for that, as well as anything in between! Mitchell is also talking to buildings right now, so if you want to know what the Empire state building sounds like...
Is your character open for pairings?: n o
Powers: He talks to
machinesrocksSkills: Civil engineering, lying, cheating, manipulating, being a really likeable guy despite all of that, administrating, developing a budget, being the mayor, building crap out of his dreams, somehow denying his humanity for the good of everyone
Likes: Comic books, architecture, history, superheroes, having a job and a purpose
Dislikes: other dicks, being manipulated himself, his powers, needing to burn bridges, alternate universes, people who force him into a corner
Anything else?: Mitchell has a really great position right now, and I'm always more than willing to use him for a vehicle if necessary to help move anything along! He serves that function really well!
