Example:

Name: That's the character in question.
Canon: This field almost writes itself.
What is your character doing?: The sorts of shenanigans they are up to this very second.
Are you willing to have your character get hurt?: If Y, how much and in what situation.
Does your character have a job?: If N, would they like one? If Y, are they hiring?
Is your character on a team?: If N, would they like to be?
What kinds of plots are you after?: C&C encompasses the cliches of almost every genre! If you just have a direction you want to take your character, but no specific plots in mind, feel free to list that, too. Mayhap people will brainstorm. These plots needn't happen immediately either, obviously!
Is your character open for pairings?: If there’s anything you ship, you can list them if you want! Feel free to describe your character's quirks or general type.
Powers: List them. Are these powers widely known?
Skills: What are they good at? Fighting, calligraphy, underwater basketweaving, etc? Anything you'd like to work into a plot.
Likes: This also applies to personality traits that they gel with.
Dislikes: Personality traits apply here, too.
Anything else?: Free space for all your tl;dr needs. NOT JUST AN INVITATION TO POST A FUNNY GIF.

HAHA he just has a really boring routine so I feel bad there's not much scenario variation I can offer... 8'| But I do like playing him off Carrie, so hopefully we can come up with more stuff to do!

no it's fine!! i'm totally cool with working with mundane stuff, it just takes a little imagination to think up a scenario AND THAT'S WHAT RP IS ALL ABOUT, RIGHT. so don't feel bad! i'm really enjoying this cr and it's worth some extra thought.

also he's... kind of...... right??? they're like a cat and a dog that really want to play together, but neither one is sure how to. so "dating" is sort of right.

i'm glad you're enjoying it because so am i... which i already bascially said but idk how else i can express it in a dignified way without gross gushing!! because tbh just dealing with teenagers is an experience out of his comfort zone so it's always hard to predict how conversations will go etc and basically i love it, okay, uncertainty in his life is great.

if he ever realizes just how much trouble there is in paradise he might actually attempt to meddle you know you don't want this
