Current state of affairs: Working as a shrink at City Hall/ running her own off the record practice from her apartment. Dude, she's actually been pretty legitimate.
What I'm looking for: just give me a bank heist please that's all i'm asking for come on guys one bank heist just one.
What I'd like to avoid: things that could prevent a bank heist.

Frank can be pretty much anywhere! He stalks around the City regularly, and he does eat out at restaurants and such because what is cooking we just don't know!! It's hard to find specific places but I can worm him in anywhere which works since he's flexible.
