Ahahaha. The sad thing is that wire cutters were actually a HUGE DEAL back in the day, so I'm sure when the law was made it seemed like a totally reasonable law that would be applicable for the rest of forever. And the Texas constitution has about 400 amendments so I'm sure it was just one more on the pile. I like the idea of the stupid law expiration date, but then when me and four friends got together and took off our shoes, we couldn't call it an orgy. Because there's some stupid law somewhere in Texas that says five people of mixed genders with their shoes off = an orgy. IDEK man.
