Affiliations: City Hall.
Current state of affairs: While psychologically fractured (fallout from summer events), Eddie's facade is still pretty in tact. He's keeping the legislation Citizen Organization of Costumed Kind close to his chest (haha), since he and Mitch have to tread carefully with imPort image in light of vigilante groups and their respective actions.
What I'm looking for:
1) Someone to engage Eddie politically (and in opposition), so that he might have to resort to more greyscale means of advantage. Something antagonistic, but specifically within a public sphere (as opposed, say, to his secret rivalry with Norman). This prospect is open to anyone within or outside of City Hall, but the ideal candidate would have to find Eddie's methods/personality fairly distasteful.
2) Someone who might be interested in pursuing some investigative badgering on Eddie's psychology. While he's been reformed for years now (bearing in mind a few indirect deaths/tortures/other little slips), the past year has been incredibly fracturing for the man. Norman Osborn torturing him didn't help much, really, and neither did all those off-world adventures and the recent Red Death scare. I'd love a character who's interested in morality and dissecting its relationship with the psyche (getting a bit Hume-id in here). This could have negative effects.
3) Connections! If you're interested in getting your character involved with City Hall or you're keen to push a public agenda, I'd be happy to have Eddie involved in making things happen. He has a history of being particularly adamant about the fine arts and humanities, if your character has similar affinities.
What I'd like to avoid: Not into having Eddie die, since I don't want him confronting his fear of death. He already has falsehood detection, he needs something to keep him in line!
