Character: Norman Osborn
Canon: Marvel
Affiliations: Oscorp and NOHoPE mostly!
Current state of affairs: He's lying low and keeping out of the public eye more or less because he's working himself back toward supervillainy. Lots of PR-friendly niceties otherwise, he doesn't want to get caught in anything when he's this close.
What I'm looking for: Very interested in new CR! However that might manifest. I'm open for anything really, I'd love to get Norman involved in new and fresh things especially as I draw nearer to something of a direction change with him. Also interested in criminal/villain affiliations or things to do once he is the Green Goblin again, so if you got someone you want to team up with him (or be hurt/targeted?) at some point definitely let me know.
What I'd like to avoid: I'm up for most things, just would like to avoid derailing the transition back into his Green Goblin identity since that'll be a thing.

Okay I would love to do stuff with him once he goes all Green Goblin again, especially since Billy (and Teddy) were some of the few people on his NOHoPE post who were all (unsure)!!!! that Norman was doing things.

Billy would indeed be stupid enough to go investigate this on his own if things got fishy (see also: teleporting to von Doom is a great and not at all potentially life-threatening idea) so I will just let you keep that in mind if you need things to do/smallish heroes to harass.

Awesome!! I will definitely keep this in mind I think it could make for very fun and interesting plotting. This will probably have unfolded to that point by November? Or a bit into November? So while it's not happening immediately there's definitely room to brainstorm. :>

Character: Felicia Hardy (the Black Cat)
Canon: Spectacular Spider-Man
Affiliations: No teams or jobs but she lives with/is dating (deputy mayor!!) Edward Nygma.
Current state of affairs: Coming to terms with her first ever death/port out still, considering a change in pace/career since she's getting kind of bored of (only) cat burgling and considering her approach to the City and the people in it as a whole. It's not a midlife crisis, but.
What I'm looking for: Always love new CR! But pretty much anything. I'm looking for a change of pace for her and have been considering (maybe) giving her a trial run of being "heroic."
What I'd like to avoid: Nothing comes to mind aside from, not planning on having her die again anytime soon.

But I think they should definitely meet in the City especially after their cute team up during the modplot! Billy could suggest that she do a little heroic teamup with him and if he ever gets teammates again since it clearly worked so well for them previously!

Yes definitely!! Felicia's bad luck powers + Billy's magic might combine for some interesting/exciting/hideous results, I imagine.

Character: Harvey Dent/Two-Face
Canon: DCU
Affiliations: He's got gangs but none... really... aside from Gotham?
Current state of affairs: In NOHoPE, kind of listless at the moment. His state of mind and mood will change of course but he's not going anywhere soon.
What I'm looking for: New CR's always great!! And, mostly stuff to keep him occupied while he's in NOHoPE! Maybe time to really stretch out the differences between "Harvey" and "Two-Face" and ways to (eventually) get him out of the hospital in a less illegal capacity. (We'll see.) But yeah, stuff to do mostly, and I'll probably be really pushing him psychologically while he's stuck.
What I'd like to avoid: No death or breakouts. Otherwise, I'm pretty game.

Character: Nelson Gardner (Captain Metropolis)
Canon: Watchmen
Affiliations: Minutemen, City Hall
Current state of affairs: He jerks back and forth between being very determined still to try and fix the City/"the world" and make a difference, thinking big and hopeful the way he does, and sort of giving up the ghost. He's old and not very useful and it's weighing on him more the more obvious it becomes. He's just too afraid of what "settling" down means now, given how little of his civilian life he has here to be honest about.
What I'm looking for: I've been slow on getting some Minutemen organization going but I'd be up for doing more of that (one item on the agenda is that he was going to introduce Power Girl to the group as possibly a reserve member and SO ON)! Otherwise: New CR is always a delight! He's so set in his ways and very stubborn that it's when he's pushed he'll react (angrily, hysterically, optimistically, determinedly, so on) vs. just being of timid and uneasy all the time. So, open to conflict in addition to anything else!!
What I'd like to avoid: Nothing directly comes to mind.
