Soon, my lovely paid accounts will be expiring all over the place and unfortunately I do not have the funds to re...whatever them all. Luckily I have a hobby of making livejournal and plurk icons. Also I draw things sometimes.

So, what I am basically asking if that if anyone would like me do to either of these things for them in return for a little paid time to one of my many accounts... that'd be great. Also I'm not sure if that sentence makes sense because guys i just had to write three essays on lord of the rings for school but anyway.

Yes. I make you icons (I can do black and white, (flat) colored manga, anime, fanart, comics) or draw you a picture (fyi i'm still trying to get better at girls again) and you pay for an account.

Sssso um! I guess! This is how we're gonna try this. If you want some arts in exchange for paid time, give me something to draw, and I will! Fanart, OCs, humans, monsters, robots, icons, I'll even ink/colour something you've sketched if you want! Once it's done, you can repay me whatever you think it's worth, no strings attached. A month, a userpic extension, two bucks in the paypal bucket, whatever you want! Seriously, anything is cool.

I know it wasn't that long ago that I did this and we just had one of these below me. But I was sitting here thinking "I have several hours to kill this week, maybe I should try drawing again".

I am yet another CnC!Artist but claim no professional links to it. All I can offer is sketches. But if anyone would like to donate anything towards maintaining this account (having no debit card, I rely on donations!) I will sketch you something! There is no limit to what I'll sketch and no bottom limit for donations because I can make use of anything.

I just thought I'd throw this up quick since we have a lot of artists, writers and comic fans in the comm...

Womanthology is an all-female comics anthology that's been getting a fair amount of press for its Kickstarter campaign. There are 140+ contributors, both unpublished talent and some pretty well-known names (Gail Simone, Ann Nocenti, Fiona Staples, Ming Doyle, etc etc etc). All profits will be going to charity, which is why they need a Kickstarter even though IDW is publishing it.

Since the pledges have already blown past the amount needed to print the anthology, the organizer (Renae De Liz who did the art for The Last Unicorn comic) is looking at doing a second volume most likely with both male and female contributors. There is a secondary creator list being put together here both for a future volume and in case any contributors for Womanthology have to step down for whatever reason. Just wanted to share for all the writers and artists here who are interested in doing comics to have a chance to throw their names in too :)

There's also a couple pledge spots in the Kickstarter to have your art portfolio reviewed by the Editor in Chief of IDW Publishing. $100 IS cheaper than going to SDCC, I suppose...

I had forgotten how fun it is to screw around with Pokemon Trainer sprites, not having done so in nearly four years. Last night's meme made me remember, though, and I've been having fun messing with a few of them so far.

Choose one (1) of your characters and give me a fair number of good reference images, and I will fiddle around until I make you a sprite I am generally satisfied with, considering I don't mess with pixel stuff that often. If I made one yesterday/today for you without being asked, you can still ask for another, but I'm more than likely going to do other people's first.

If nothing else, they'll be good for a giggle. :)

In the spirit of the holidays (even though it is the day after Christmas) I am taking makeout commissions (inspired by this meme) for four dollars a piece! Yes I did just recently take commissions so I feel kind of bad, but I'm also still incredibly broke so... for four dollars I will draw any two characters making out! Not restricted to people who made out on the meme. Yay holidays!

OKAY SO... I hate to do this but some of my accounts are running out of/have run out of time or icons and I am as broke as a... failed analogy.
