Obi-Wan has declared his intent not to leave the City until and unless there is no City left to protect (plus he may be doing Special Undercover Stuff for Maza and Bauer). Fakir, however, wants to go fight the HIVE like the brave little punk he is. Naturally, Dad is not happy about this--but they will be hashing out a compromise! Fakir can go to LA provided he has a capable adult with him at all times to act as a sort of interim Master (i.e., make sure he doesn't get his derpy ass killed by supervillains and report back to Obi-Wan on his progress in combat/not scaring the hell out of civilians skills).
