WELL BASICALLY his heart is now made up of gross grailmud which is an essence of 'all evils in the world.' When it touches someone, they are usually corrupted (if you're not like kirei and pretty messed up already) to varying degrees. It's a plotpoint in FSN that characters become 'dark' versions of themselves due to the Grail's influence.

SO I WAS THINKING maybe together we could whip up a reason for the hidden ~evil~ in Kirei's heart to ~expand~ a little and spark a player plot for characters to be turned corrupt by it? c:

dohoho, this is very relevant to my interests! did you have a particular timeframe in mind for this plot, or is this something you're looking to happen later on down the line?

a pretty straightforward way for it to happen if we wanna go the slo-burn way (i think, and i can imagine him doing it, though it might take their cr down a weird turn) is since yako outright told kirei what her power is, it might occur to him to get her to test her powers etc on him, and eventually probably trick her into using her powers in one big burst to 'help' him by idk making her think he's dying or something!

ALTERNATIVELY, we can find a third party with an ability that would be able to tease out the crap in kirei's (i'm thinking an empath/telepath, or someone with magic somehow) and have that interact/conflict with yako's powers, since cross-canon power mayhem is always fun. something like what annwyd did for the shadow marchen plot was what I was thinking of. :|a idk, what do you think.

NAH it wouldn't be immediate! Kirei will be canon updating, and I think afterward he'll be more motivated for a more deliberately villainous cause, so this is something I want on the plate -- since it is indeed very dark, but he can easily excuse it as being an 'accident' so the entire City doesn't want him dead afterward tysm.

I'd love the idea of it building with our CR! If we want to escalate it faster, I'm sure we can add in a third party, but I was thinking of keeping it simple for now. LIKE I SAID nothing concrete right this second, I just wanted to poke you if this is something you'd like to try down the road!! We can play it by ear with how our CR goes? Because this wouldn't be until like... January probably tbqh.

I FIGURED IT WOULD MOST LIKELY BE AFTER CANON UPDATE since i know you've mentioned that's going to change his motivations. making it something the whole city won't want him dead for afterwards is ALSO GOOD because I need to figure out wiggle room for Yako ...

I think this is enough to go on for now! Let's just both keep it in mind as something we can work towards as time goes on. :> I'll definitely try to keep a lookout for more opportunities when Yako and Kirei can interact and we can develop that CR further.
